Overview
The LY-30G belongs to the Open Diesel Generator Sets range. It is rated 30 kVA standby / 27 kVA prime at 400/230 V, 50 Hz, built around a Perkins 1103A-33TG2 diesel engine with a Deep Sea 3110 control panel. Fully assembled and 100 % load-tested at the factory, it is ready for continuous industrial and prime power duty.
Engine, alternator and controller are matched and factory-certified. Standard scope includes a heavy-duty base frame with anti-vibration mounts, an integrated fuel tank (120 L), battery set, battery charger and full protection, monitoring and fault indication.
Each machine ships with a complete document pack — datasheet, wiring diagram, factory load-test report and operation & maintenance manual — and is export-packed for sea freight to African ports. Ambient design: up to 45 °C and 1000 m altitude, with parallel-ready options available on request.
